FLASHBACK FRIDAY the SEQUEL

THE GRANDCHILDREN YEARS

 1989 - our first grandchild, Mallory was five months old and paper was far more interesting than presents! What fun it was to watch our firstborn with HER firstborn that year!

 1990 - second granddaughter, Hillary was 3 months old.

1991 - Mallory was a precocious toddler and living in South Carolina.

 By 1992 Hillary and Mallory both had siblings. Hamp (above) with Hillary and Maggie (below) with Mallory were born six weeks apart and brought our grandchild count up to four grandchildren in the span of three short years.

 1993 - The Millsaps came home from Alaska for a Christmas visit and most of the family got to meet Maggie for the first time. Gran went to Alaska when she was born but for the rest of the family, Mags was 14 months old before they were exposed to her special joy.

  By 1994 - the Millsaps were stationed at Mississippi State - the assignment every Ole Miss grad dreams of. LOL   For our family, it meant the rare treat of having them close by for three years and gave Aunt Lisa lots of special time with her much adored nieces.

 Once again, Christmas exuded chaos at the Wooley household and no one even tried to control it.

 1995 and our first fearsome foursome were in full force!

 1996 - The never ending fun of Cousins!

 2000 - The Millsap girls at home in Montgomery, AL 

 2001 - After nine long years with no new babies in the family, Mira's arrival was a source of great excitement. At six weeks old, she traveled to Mississippi for the first time and was the center of attention for the Wooley family's Christmas.

 2002 - the twins arrived - twice as nice!

 2003 - Megan completed our grandchild count. The second fearsome foursome had graced our family in a span of only two years time.

 2003 - hard to find Lisa without a lap full of babies!

Ahhh .... GRANDCHILDREN ... nothing any sweeter.  Keeps us young and keeps Christmas fun. 

This year we have a precious little red-haired GREAT Granddaughter who will celebrate her first Christmas! Can't wait for those pictures!!
