Other than in His conversation with the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well, Jesus never specifically confronted the topic of worship. Yet worship should be the most essential priority of our lives.There is much to learn from Jesus about worship. In a variety of ways, specific events in His life help us see
- what is involved in worship
- how important worship is to the Father
- and some of the benefits that accrue to the worshiper.
I am excited about this study, not only for what we will discover about worship, but for the sheer joy of studying the life and words of our Savior. We will never spend our time more valuably than in pursuit of knowing Jesus Christ.
